Storytellers

Here we are heading feet first into the planning season for Tamworth Storytellers 2020.  

Once again a huge thank you to the City Sider Motor Inn and the Sider Diner for allowing us the space to present these valuable shows.

Last year more than 100 songwriters shared their most intimate songwriting moments with us - such a beautiful opportunity to play their songs to appreciative listeners - thanks to all who played and to those who listened!

Storytellers was borne out of a necessity I guess.

One my first visit to Tamworth way back in 2010 there really wans't any places where I felt comfortable singing my songs.  Pubs and clubs were too loud and I felt like no one was listening.  Sure the Tamworth Songwriters Association had some spots, but with hundreds of songwriters vying for them - it was challenging!
